Ingredients
250g pack Asda Egg Noodles
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sunflower oil
350g Asda Butcher's Selection Rump Steak, trimmed of fat and cut into strips
1 large leek (or 2 medium leeks), trimmed and sliced
250g mushrooms, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
Method
1Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions, then drain. Put in a large bowl and toss with the sesame oil. Set aside.
2Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok. Stir-fry the beef for 3 minutes, then add to the noodles.
3Heat the rest of the oil and stir-fry the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
4Return the beef and noodles to the wok with the soy sauce, oyster sauce and Worcester sauce, then stir-fry over a high heat until really hot.
