Ingredients
2 large bananas (just ripe)
1 lemon, juice of
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch salt
Method
1Pre-heat the oven to 130C/110C Fan/Gas 1/2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and brush with oil. Cut the bananas into even slices (about 5mm). Toss in a bowl with the lemon juice to coat. Drain off excess juice.
2Put on the baking trays in a single layer. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 1 1/2-2 hours, turning the slices midway through.
3Serve sprinkled with salt.
