Ingredients
3tbsp mayonnaise
juice and zest of 1 lime
1tsp Chosen by you Jerk Seasoning
150g white cabbage
1 large carrot
1 red onion
1tbsp chopped coriander
Method
1To make the coleslaw dressing, whisk together 3tbsp mayonnaise, the juice and zest of 1 lime and 1tsp Chosen by you Jerk Seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
2Put 150g white cabbage, finely shredded, 1 large carrot, peeled and finely grated, 1 red onion, sliced, and 1tbsp chopped coriander in a large salad bowl. Add the dressing and toss together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
