Ingredients
2 Onions, diced
3/4 Cloves Garlic, minced
2x Just Essentials Cooking Peppers, diced
1 Tin Just Essentials Chilli Con Carne
1 Tin Just Essentials Red Kidney Beans, drained and washed
1 Tin Just Essentials Chick Peas, drained and washed
1 Tin Just Essentials Chopped Tomatoes

Method
1Begin with a tablespoon of cooking oil in a saucepan over a high heat.
2Sautee the onions, garlic and peppers until soft, fragrant and translucent, 3 - 5 minutes.
3Next tip in the Just Essentials Chilli Con Carne, washed kidney beans, chic peas and chopped tomatoes into the sauce pan and reduce the heat to a simmer.
4Next add the vegetable stock and season well with salt & pepper.
5Allow to simmer on medium heat cover for 20 - 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6Cook the washed riced as per pack instructions. Enjoy.
