Ingredients

2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes

2 garlic cloves, grated

1 x 500g pack Asda gnocchi

1 x 250g tub light cream cheese

1 x 180g bag spinach

30g Just Essentials by Asda Hard Cheese

Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan/gas 6. In a large roasting tin, mix together the tomatoes and garlic with a pinch of sugar, then measure 50ml water into the empty tomato tin and pour that in as well. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for 10 mins.

Remove the tray from the oven and heat the grill to medium. And add the bag of spinach to the tin, stirring through gradually until wilted, then add the gnocchi straight from the pack and dollop over spoonfuls of cream cheese. Scatter with the hard cheese and some extra black pepper, then grill for 5-10 mins until golden and bubbling.

To serve, scatter over fresh basil, if liked, and pile onto plates alongside broccoli or a simple side salad.
