Ingredients

2x 500g packs Gnocchi

440g of Bolognese Sauce

300g Spinach

150g Soft Cheese

10g of Fresh Basil

300ml Chicken / Vegetable Stock

Method

Start by adding the gnocchi, bolognese sauce and chicken stock into a large deep non-stick frying pan. Bring to a simmer and cook over a medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After this time, add the spinach into the pan and cover with a lid. Stir occasionally and cook until fully wilted.

Now that the sauce has thickened, the gnocchi is cooked and the spinach has fully wilted, add dollops of cream cheese to top, along with a sprinkle of fresh basil. Finish with a crack of black pepper and enjoy!
