Ingredients
100ml Ting
100ml Summer Fruit
50ml White rum
Juice of Lime juice wedge
Method

Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice and add half a glass of Ting (grapefruit soda).

In a cocktail shaker, shake the summer fruit juice with the rum and a squeeze of lime until cold. Then slowly float the cocktail into the tall glass so it creates a red layer on top of your drink.

Serve with a straw and garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of Grapefruit.
