Ingredients

2 green apples

2 red apples

2tbsp unsalted pistachios

100g chocolate spread

100g smooth peanut butter

2tbsp Fruit Bowl Strawberry Flakes or freeze-dried strawberries

2tbsp dried blueberries

2tbsp flaked almonds

2tbsp yogurt-covered raisins

Method

1
Carefully remove the core of each apple with the corer.
2
Slice the apples in half across the middle and then each half in half again across the middle – so each apple ends up becoming 4 rings with holes in the middle.
3
Chop the pistachios with a large knife and put in a bowl.
4
Spread one side of each apple circle with either chocolate spread or peanut butter.
5
To finish, sprinkle the apple rings with different combinations of the pistachios, dried fruits, almonds and raisins.
