Ingredients
300g white chocolate
Dr. Oetker Food Colour Gel in Sky Blue, Ultra Violet and Black
10g Dr. Oetker Super Hero Stars
10g Chosen by you White Chocolate Stars
Cake Décor Gold Glitter Spray
Method
1Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently boiling water. Leave to cool slightly.
3Divide the chocolate between 5 bowls. Using a different food gel for each, add enough to give pale blue, dark blue, dark purple and black; leave 1 portion as uncoloured white chocolate.
4Pour the chocolate into the baking tray, alternating the colours, then swirl the tray to give a marbled effect. Leave until it has almost set but is still soft, then sprinkle the stars over the top.
5Put the ‘bark’ in the fridge and leave to set for 2 hrs until firm. Spray with glitter then snap into bite-sized portions.
