Ingredients
3 x 150g packs Asda White Chocolate
397g tin Carnation Condensed Milk
Icing sugar, for dusting
13 Small jelly beans, halved (or 25 Asda Choco Beans cake decorations)
50g ready-to-roll icing, in bright colours (this is great for using up any scraps of icing left over from other festive makes)
Black writing icing
Method
1Line a 20cm-square brownie tin with baking paper.
2Chop the chocolate into small chunks and put in a nonstick saucepan with the condensed milk. Melt gently over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth, silky and combined. (Alternatively, melt in the microwave in 10-20 sec bursts, stirring in between each one).
3Pour the mixture into the tin and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hrs, until solid.
4When the fudge is set, dust the work surface with a little icing sugar. Remove the fudge from the tin and, using a 3cm plain round cutter, cut out 25 rounds, then put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins. Keep any leftovers in the fridge to enjoy another time.
5Add a halved jelly bean or Choco bean to the centre of each round for a nose.
6Carefully use the black writing icing to dot an eye on either side of the nose and a mouth below it.
7Finally, roll out the coloured icing and cut strips and semicircles to make hats and scarves. Stick to the fudge with a little water. Keep them simple, or add decorative details, if you like.
8Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
