Ingredients

150g Asda Fat Free Quark

4 tsp Horseradish Sauce

4 slices Asda Extra Special Wholemeal & Rye Sourdough, halved

6 Baby Beetroots in Vinegar, sliced

10 Small Radishes, sliced

Asda Peppery Kiln Roasted Mackerel Fillets

1 pack Asda Watercress

2 Lemons, 1 zested & 1 cut into wedges to serve (optional)

Method

In a bowl, mix together the quark and horseradish and set aside.

Toast the sourdough and allow to cool a little before evenly spreading with the horseradish cream.

Top with beetroot, radish and watercress then flake over the mackerel.

Finish with lemon zest and serve 2 half slices per person with extra watercress salad and lemon wedges, if you like.
