Ingredients
50g oats
150ml double cream
2tbsp whiskey
2tbsp runny honey
150g raspberries
Method
1Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Roast the oats on a baking tray for approximately 10mins until they are golden brown and nutty in flavour. Cool fully.
2Whisk the cream until thick then gently fold in the whiskey, honey and raspberries. Sprinkle with the oats and divide between 4 dishes.
