Ingredients
1 x ASDA ready rolled pizza dough
5 tbsp ASDA tomato sauce for pasta
3 ASDA light and lean pork sausages
1 x 215g balls light mozzarella, torn
Small handful fresh basil leaves
Method
1Place a baking tray in the oven and preheat the oven to 220C, fan 200C, gas 7.
2Remove the ready-rolled dough from the packaging and leave for 10 - 15 minutes at room temperature before using it.
3Unroll the dough and leave on the baking paper provided, prick the dough with a fork. Carefully take your baking tray out the oven and transfer the pizza base onto the tray. Spread the base with half the tomato and garlic sauce.
4Squeeze the sausagemeat from the skins in small pieces. Top your pizza with the sausage meatballs, bake for 10 minutes then scatter with the mozzarella, return to the oven and back for a further 5-10 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the meatballs are cooked though.
5Top with basil leaves and serve.
