Ingredients
250g Cadbury Cookie Mix
50ml vegetable oil
60ml semi-skimmed milk
40g chopped hazelnuts
15g mini marshmallows
Method
1Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2Tip the cookie mix into a bowl. Add the oil, milk and hazelnuts, then stir to combine. The dough should be quite stiff but hold together easily - if not add a little more milk.
3Roll into ten balls and arrange on the baking tray, with plenty of space between them. Flatten slightly, then bake for 12 mins.
4Remove the tray from oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on the cookies, pressing down gently so they spread out slightly and stick in place. Bake for 2-3 mins to toast the marshmallows until just starting to turn golden.
5Remove from oven and cool for 2 mins on the tray. Transfer to a wire rack to cool fully before serving.
