Ingredients
500g tenderstem broccoli
1tbsp rapeseed oil
1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
20g flaked almonds
1 lemon, juice and zest
Method
1Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
2Cook the broccoli in boiling water for 1 min. Drain and leave to steam dry for 2 mins.
3Toss the broccoli in the oil, chilli, garlic, almonds and a grind of freshly ground black pepper. Roast in the oven for 10mins until lightly crisp.
4Drizzle with lemon juice and zest and serve.
