Ingredients
2 handfuls of ice
330ml diet cola, chilled
150g Asda Free From Vegan Salted Caramel Iced Dessert (about big 2 scoops) [tested with Almond Dream salted caramel]
2 maraschino cocktail cherries
Method

Half fill 2 tall soda glasses with ice cubes. Tilt the glasses on an angle and slowly pour in the cola so that it doesn’t fizz over.

Gently float a scoop of ice cream on the top of the cola and add paper straws and a maraschino cherry to garnish. Serve immediately.
