Ingredients
1 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 tsp Clear Honey
60g Just Essentials Oats
120ml Skimmed Milk
30g Frozen Raspberries
Method
1Ingredients listed is per ramekin. To ten meal prep containers, add a layer of peanut butter and a 1 tsp of honey.
2Pour the oats (60g per serving) into each container and cover with milk. Roughly stir without breaking into the layers to combine.
