1 tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter

1 tsp Clear Honey

60g Just Essentials Oats

120ml Skimmed Milk

30g Frozen Raspberries

Ingredients listed is per ramekin. To ten meal prep containers, add a layer of peanut butter and a 1 tsp of honey.

Pour the oats (60g per serving) into each container and cover with milk. Roughly stir without breaking into the layers to combine.

When it’s time to eat, add a drizzle of honey and an optional extra drizzle of peanut butter. To do this, add 1 tbsp plus 2 tbsp of water/ a little honey into a bowl to loosen, then drizzle over your overnight oats.
