1 clove Garlic, halved

2 tbsp Asda 50% Less Fat Crème Fraîche

1 Lemon, ½ zested and squeezed and ½ cut into wedges

2 tbsp finely chopped Dill, plus fronds to garnish

3
Top the griddled bread with the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and spoons of the prawn mixture. Garnish with a wedge of lemon, the dill fronds, remaining spring onion and a pinch of smoked paprika. Serve right away.
