Ingredients

85g pack Grower's Selection Watercress

400g very ripe pineapple, peeled and cubed

1cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Juice of 1 lime

400ml coconut water

4 sprigs watercress

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blitz together for 30 seconds or until smooth.
