Ingredients

350g Wholewheat Spaghetti

2 tbsp Olive Oil

6 Anchovies

2 x 400g tins Chopped Tomatoes

280g jar Grilled Marinated Mixed Peppers, drained

165g Pitted Black Olives, chopped

Method

Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat then stir in the anchovies, breaking up with a wooden spoon as they begin to sizzle. Add the chopped tomatoes and peppers and bring to a simmer. Throw in the olives and cook for 5–8 mins with the lid off to allow the sauce to thicken.

Toss the pasta through the sauce and serve immediately.
