    Ingredients

    1 pear

    150ml coconut water

    1tbsp clear honey

    Handful kale

    1 stick celery, chopped

    10g fresh ginger

    Pinch ground cinnamon

    Method

    Cut a thin lengthways slice from 1 pear and reserve; core and trim the rest. Blend until smooth with the coconut water, honey, kale, celery, ginger and cinnamon. Serve in a glass or jar, garnished with the pear slice.
