    Ingredients

    1 Mango

    50ml Peach schnapps

    25ml White rum

    25ml Grenadine

    Cherries

    Method

    Peel, destone and chop a large mango. Put in a blender with 50ml peach schnapps. Blitz until smooth.

    Put in a shallow, freezer-proof container and freeze until almost frozen but slushy.

    Put 25ml each of white rum and Grenadine into two chilled glasses. Add a scoop of the mango slushie. Garnish with mango slices and cherries.
