Ingredients

125ml almond milk

2tbsp poppy seeds

2tbsp peanut butter

1tbsp maple syrup

100g rolled oats

Kiwi

Mango

Method

On Saturday evening before Mother’s Day, put the almond milk, poppy seeds, peanut butter and syrup in a jar. Add the oats and stir. Cover and put in the fridge.

In the morning, cut the kiwi and mango into cubes, use to top the oats, and serve.
