Ingredients
30g rolled oats
150ml almond milk
2 tbsp low-fat natural yoghurt
15g chia seeds
handful of raspberries
handful of blueberries
1tsp honey
Method
1Mix the oats, almond milk, yoghurt and chia seeds together in a bowl or jar and pop in the fridge for at least half an hour, or overnight. You may need to add a splash of water to loosen the mixture.
2Serve topped with the raspberries, blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
