Ingredients
300g Carnation Cook With Light Condensed Milk
2tbsp Baileys The Original Irish Cream
400g Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
100g Nutella
25g unsalted butter
50g white chocolate
Method
1Line a 20cm square tine with greaseproof paper,
2Put all the ingredients except the white chocolate in a large microwave-proof bowl. Cook on 80% power for 20secs. Stir, then repeat until all the ingredients are fully melted. Keep an eye on the mixture - it will burn if overcooked. Once melted stir until smooth. Pour into the prepared tray.
3Refrigerate for 1hr, or until firm but still squidgy.
4Put the white chocolate in a small microwave-proof bowl. Cook on 80% in 10sec bursts. stirring in between, until melted.
5Drizzle over the fudge, then refrigerate overnight.
6Cut into bite-sized cubes.
