Ingredients

500g pack Butcher’s Selection Lamb Mince

1 shallot, chopped

1 clove garlic, crushed

2tbsp Asda Cajun Seasoning 

1tbsp Worcestershire sauce

5tbsp Greek yogurt

1tbsp Asda Mint Sauce

1tbsp chopped mint

1tbsp rapeseed oil

6 bread rolls, halved

1 Little Gem lettuce, leaves roughly torn

8 radishes, sliced

1 spring onion, sliced

3tbsp mango chutney

1 red chilli, sliced

Method

Mix the lamb, shallot, garlic, seasoning and sauce. Shape into 6 patties, and refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 mins.

Mix together the yogurt, mint sauce and chopped fresh mint. Set aside.

Preheat a barbecue or grill to medium. Brush each burger with oil and cook for 3-4 mins on each side until cooked through.

Toast the rolls on the barbecue for 1 min. Add the mint yogurt, sliced radish, lettuce and the burger to the base. Top with mango chutney, spring onion, chilli and the lid of the roll.
