Ingredients
300g Asda Extra Special Peruvian Dark Chocolate 70%, finely chopped
150ml Double Cream
20g Unsalted Butter
2 tbsp Asda Shredless Orange Marmalade
2 Oranges, zest only
Method
1Put 200g dark chocolate into a heatproof mixing bowl. Heat the double cream in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Cook until just simmering and then remove from the heat. Add the butter and marmalade; stir until melted.
2Pour the cream over the chocolate along with a pinch of salt and whisk until smooth and the chocolate is melted, smooth and glossy. Transfer to a shallow 20cmx15cm dish. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
3Melt the remaining chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Remove the bowl and put to one side. Line a large baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
4Fill a mug with boiling water and dip a couple of teaspoons in. Use 2 hot teaspoons to scoop and shape the truffle mix into 24 small balls.
5Carefully dip each ball with a fork into the melted chocolate to cover. Place onto the tray. Grate over the orange zest and chill in the refrigerator. Wrap up into parcels of greaseproof paper or gift boxes. They keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
