Ingredients
6 Extra Special Meringue Nests, crumbled
500g Asda Fat Free Greek Style Yogurt
6 kiwi fruits, peeled and roughly chopped
10 strawberries, halves or quartered
2tbsp Extra Special Mango & Lime Coulis
Method
1Gently fold the meringue pieces into the yogurt.
2Divide half the meringue mixture between 8 glasses. Top with half the kiwi fruits, half the strawberries and half the coulis.
3Layer on the rest of the meringue mixture then drizzle with the rest of the coulis.
4Use the remaining kiwis and strawberries to top each dessert, then serve immediately.
