Ingredients

300g strawberries

1 small orange

2tbsp Asda Reduced Sugar Strawberry Jam

400g fat-free Greek-style yogurt

4 leaves gelatine

525ml clear apple juice

125g blueberries

125g raspberries

Method

1
Pick the green bits off the strawberries and put them in a bowl. Grate the zest from the orange and add to the bowl. (You can eat the orange afterwards.)
2
Add the jam and mash with a fork. Stir in the yogurt. Put in a container, cover with clingfilm and freeze for at least 6 hrs.
3
To make the jelly, soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 mins. Remove from the bowl and squeeze out excess water. Put the gelatine in a small pan with 100ml apple juice and heat very gently until it melts – make sure it doesn’t start to boil. Take off the heat and pour into a large bowl. Mix in the rest of the apple juice.
4
Divide the jelly between 4 plastic glasses and leave until cold. Stir in the berries then chill in the fridge for 3 hrs or until completely set. Serve the jelly with the frozen yogurt.
