Ingredients

2 x 12g sachets Dr. Oetker Powdered Gelatine

2L Chosen by you Clear Lemonade

10g tube Dr Oetker Gel Food Colour in Blue

100 Cheerios

2 strawberry laces

3 Smarties

6 Matchmakers

4 Fox’s Party Rings

Method

Make up the gelatine – follow the pack instructions.

Meanwhile, mix the lemonade with 2-3 drops of the food colouring and pour into a 2L rectangular dish. When the gelatine has cooled, add the lemonade to the dish and mix well.

Chill for 6-8 hrs, or ideally overnight, until set.

Thread Cheerios onto the strawberry laces and arrange on the jelly as lane markers. Add Party Ring lifebelts and a banner made from 2 skewers and a ribbon.

Add your swimmers to the jelly pool, with Matchmakers for arms and legs and Smarties for heads.
