Ingredients
½ tbsp honey
25ml Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila
Juice ½ lemon
Splash soda water
Lemon zest twist to decorate
Method

Add the honey, tequila, lemon juice and a handful of crushed ice to a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously then pour into a highball glass.

Top with a splash soda water and decorate with the lemon twist, before adding 2 paper straws to the glass and serving immediately.
