Ingredients
2tbsp Asda Harissa Paste
1tsp rapeseed oil
1 lemon
1tbsp clear honey
750g Asda Salmon Side
Method
1Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
2In a bowl, mix together the harissa paste, rapeseed oil, juice of the lemon and clear honey.
3Remove any pin bones from the salmon and put skin-side down on a baking dish lined with nonstick baking paper. Spoon over the harissa dressing.
4Cook the salmon in the oven for 20-25 mins until it is just cooked through and flakes easily. Transfer to a warmed serving plate. Serve hot or at room temperature, garnished with lime wedges and coriander leaves, if you like.
