Ingredients
1tbsp rapeseed oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ mild red chilli, finely chopped
2 pak choi, halved lengthways
Method
1Preheat the barbecue or a griddle pan over high heat.
2In a large bowl, stir together the oil, garlic and chilli. Toss the pak choi in the dressing and grill for 2-3mins, turning regularly, until wilted and beginning to char.
3Serve the pak choi alongside the miso cod.
