Ingredients

4 Large Eggs

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

1 heaped tsp Cook! By ASDA Gochujang

30g Cheddar Cheese, grated

1 tbsp Butter

2 Spring Onions

3 ASDA Flatbreads

Method

Crack your eggs into a bowl and add the salt, pepper, chilli flakes and Gochujang. Whisk mixture together with a fork.

Add in the grated cheese and mix until combined.

Put the pan on a low heat, add the butter into the pan and let it melt.

Add the egg mixture into the pan and begin to stir occasionally with a spatula.

Next, chop spring onions into small circles.

After the eggs appear creamy, take off the heat and continue stirring.

Serve on ASDA flatbreads and garnish with spring onions and optional Gochujang on the side.
