Ingredients
150g fettuccine
15g garlic butter
2tbsp chopped mixed fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil and thyme)
1tbsp finely chopped pistachios
1tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
Method
1Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water for 12 mins. Drain. Add the butter and stir to melt through.
2Stir in the herbs. Serve topped with the pistachios and a sprinkle of black pepper or the chilli flakes, if you like.
