Ingredients
425g can lychees, drained, or fresh lychees, peeled and stoned
2 x 450g tubs Chosen by you Low Fat Mango & Passion Fruit Yogurt
2tsp clear honey
Method
1Blitz the lychees in a food processor until finely chopped. Mix with the yogurt and honey. Put in a shallow, lidded container and freeze for 2 hrs.
2Return to the processor and blitz until smooth. Put back in the freezer for 1 hr.
3Repeat step 2 twice, returning the mixture to the freezer each time.
4Remove from the freezer 20 mins before serving.
