Ingredients
1 Asda Chai teabag
150ml semi-skimmed milk
¼tsp vanilla extract
1 cinnamon stick, plus another to serve (optional)
Pinch ground ginger
Method
1Put the teabag in a mug, then fill to of the way up with boiling water. Allow to steep for 3 mins before discarding the teabag.
2Meanwhile, put the milk, vanilla and cinnamon stick into a small pan and heat on a medium setting until almost simmering.
3Take off the heat, remove the cinnamon and carefully whisk the milk for 2-3 mins until thick and frothy.
4Pour into the mug with the tea. Sprinkle the ginger on top and serve with the dry cinnamon stick on the side, if using.
