Ingredients
150g pack Grower’s Selection Baby Peppers
2tsp olive oil
1 Grower’s Selection Birds Eye Chilli, sliced
125g Asda Halloumi with Chillies, cut into small cubes
Method
1Deseed your baby peppers.
2Cook on a hot griddle pan with olive oil for 5-8 mins, turning regularly, until soft and slightly charred. Transfer to a dish and keep warm in a low oven.
3Add the chilli, sliced, to the pan with halloumi. Cook, stirring, for 3 mins until the cheese is golden and softened. Spoon into the peppers. Top with fresh chopped flat-leaf parsley to serve.
