    Ingredients

    6 wholemeal pitta breads

    3 carrots

    2 sticks celery

    ½ cucumber

    ½ yellow pepper

    180g Asda Beetroot & Mint Dip

    200g Asda 30% Less Fat Houmous

    Method

    Sprinkle the pitta bread lightly with water and toast under the grill and cut into fingers.

    Cut carrots, celery, cucumber and yellow pepper into batons.

    Serve with a dip or houmous and the pittas.
