Ingredients

3 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp granulated sugar

400ml Asda British Milk Semi Skimmed

200g Carte D'Or Madagascan Vanilla Light Ice Cream Dessert

Method

Whisk the coffee, sugar and 3 tbsp boiling water in a bowl using an electric hand whisk for 2–3 mins or until the mixture is thick and fluffy with stiff peaks.

Put the milk and ice cream into a blender and whizz until completely smooth.

Divide the milkshake mixture between 2 long glasses. Top each glass with ½ the coffee whip. Serve immediately and stir thoroughly with a spoon before drinking.
