Ingredients
½ cucumber (thinly sliced)
Handful mint leaves
225ml Asda Diet Lemonade
4 flat lolly moulds
4 lolly sticks
Method
1Divide half the cucumber slices among the 4 lolly moulds, along with 3-4 mint leaves per lolly. Pour the lemonade halfway up the moulds, then transfer to the freezer for 2 hrs to set.
2Add the remaining slices of cucumber and a few more mint leaves to each half-frozen mould, then top up with the remaining lemonade. Insert the sticks (they should stick halfwayinto the part-frozen lolly), then pop them in the freezer overnight to freeze completely.
3To serve, dip the lolly moulds in hot water very briefly to release the lollies. Enjoy immediately.
