Ingredients
Pack Asda 8 Sweet Pancakes
150ml double cream
2tbsp icing sugar
4 clementines,1 zested, all 4 peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
3tbsp maple syrup
1tsp ground cinnamon
Method
1Warm the pancakes according to the pack instructions.
2Whisk the cream, icing sugar and clementine zest in a large bowl until thick.
3Divide the pancakes between 8 plates (fold them, if you like), then top with the clementine rounds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Finish with a dollop of the cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
