Ingredients
3 slices of white bread
15g red pepper houmous
50g sliced chicken
1⁄2 beef tomato
10g salad leaves
2 cornichon pickles
Method
1Lightly toast the bread and cut off the crusts.
2Make your triple-decker sandwich by spreading the red pepper houmous and adding the sliced chicken, beef tomato and salad leaves.
3Take 2 wooden skewers and put a cornichon pickle on each one. Push the skewers into the sandwich then cut diagonally, into triangular halves.
