    Ingredients

    550g ASDA Just Essentials Chicken Thighs

    200g ASDA Just Essentials Brown Onions, Diced

    14g ASDA Just Essentials Garlic, Minced or Grated

    125g ASDA Just Essentials Mushrooms, Cleaned & Quartered

    75g ASDA Cooking Bacon, Diced

    2 Tbsp ASDA Just Essentials Plain Flour

    1 stock cube dissolved into 250ml of water

    250g ASDA Just Essentials Long Grain Rice, Washed

    Cook the rice as per pack instructions, and then set aside.

    Begin by preheating oven to 200?.

    In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken thighs in 2 tablespoons of plain flour, season well with salt & pepper and set aside.

    Next in a large oven proof dish, place the onions, garlic, bacon and mushrooms.

    Now place the dusted chicken thighs in the dish over the top of the vegetable base.

    Bake the dish in the top of the oven uncovered for around 15 - 20 minutes or until the chicken skin starts to crisp.

    Now remove the dish from the oven and turn the heat down to 180?.

    Add 250 ml of stock to the dish and return the dish to the oven uncovered and cook for a further 10 minutes.

    Once cooked, use the stock and juices from the dish to fold through and season the rice.
