Ingredients

For the pizzas

2 x 380g packs The Bakery at Asda Plain Naans

1 x 250g jar Asda Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce Topper

500g light mozzarella, grated

500g reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated

For the chicken fajitas

2tbsp olive oil

1 x 525g pack Asda Tender Chicken Breast Portions, cut into small strips

1 tbsp garlic paste

1 onion, sliced

1 x pack Asda Crisp & Fragrant Sweet Peppers (3 pack), sliced

1tsp oregano

1tsp paprika

1tsp ground coriander

1tsp ground cumin

1tbsp lemon juice

Method

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan set over a medium-high heat, then add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 10 mins until golden.

Add the garlic paste and stir-fry for 10 secs, then tip in all the sliced vegetables, spices and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry over a high heat for another 5 mins. Add the lemon juice, frying for another minute, then take off the heat.

Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC. To assemble the pizzas, start with the naan and then add some pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle over the cheddar cheese, then add the chicken fajita mix and finish with the mozzarella.

Air fry the pizzas for 5 mins until the cheese is melted. Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce, if you like, and a salad on the side.
