Ingredients
30g rolled oats
175ml almond milk
1/2 medium carrot, peeled and grated (about 30g)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
15g raisins
15g chopped walnuts
Method
1Heat the oats, almond milk, grated carrot, raisins and spices in a saucepan over a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
2Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with the walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
