Ingredients
135g Pack of Hartley’s Orange Jelly
250ml Asda CBY Orange Juice (Smooth)
250ml Prosecco or other sparkling wine
Method

Break the jelly into cubes in a large measuring jug.

Heat the orange juice in a pan until simmering.

Carefully pour the orange juice over the jelly and mix until dissolved.

Slowly pour in the Prosecco and mix together.

Carefully pour into a one pint jelly mould, place a plate over the mould and refrigerate over night.
