Ingredients
250g pack Extra Special Purple Sprouting Broccoli
250g pack Asda Oodles of Egg Noodles
1tsp sesame oil
3tsp rapeseed oil
350g pack Butcher's Selection Beef Stir Fry
3 spring onions, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
1cm ginger, peeled and grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
2tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
Method
1Cut the broccoli into short lengths. Cook in a pan of boiling water for 2 mins. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen roll.
2Add the noodles to the water and simmer for 4 mins. Drain and toss with the sesame oil. Set aside.
3Heat 1tsp rapeseed oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the beef and cook, stirring, on a high heat, for 4 mins. Transfer to a bowl.
4Heat the rest of the oil in the same frying pan. Add the broccoli, spring onions, chilli, ginger and garlic, then stir-fry for 4 mins.
5Add the beef and its juices, the noodles, the soy sauce and the oyster sauce then heat through. Divide the stir-fry between 4 bowls. Serve immediately.
