Ingredients
150g blackberries, plus a few extra, to garnish
1 ripe pear, cored
1 ripe banana, peeled
50ml natural apple juice
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tbsp clear honey
A few pumpkin seeds, to garnish
Method
1Put the blackberries in a bowl with the pear, banana and apple juice.
2Blitz the fruit and the juice with a hand-held blender until smooth.
3Pour into a bowl and top with the coconut, honey, extra blackberries and pumpkin seeds.
