Ingredients

1tbsp rapeseed oil

1tsp Dijon mustard

1tsp runny honey

1tbsp lemon juice

½tsp ground black pepper

180g bag Asda mild baby leaf salad

100g baby plum tomatoes, halved

Method

In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, mustard and honey. Stir in the lemon juice and black pepper.

Dress the salad right before serving, tossing the baby leaf salad and tomatoes in the dressing with two forks or salads servers.
